At Organicglowshop, we take great pride in the quality of our handmade cards and printing services. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds.

Custom and Personalised Products

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, custom and personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The product arrives damaged during shipping
  • There is a printing error on our part (not customer-approved content)
  • The wrong items were delivered
  • The product quality does not meet our stated specifications

Proof Approval Process

For all custom orders, we provide digital proofs for your approval before production. Once you approve a proof:

  • The design, text, and layout are considered final
  • We cannot accept returns for approved content errors
  • Please review proofs carefully for spelling, dates, and details
  • Changes requested after approval may incur additional fees

Ready-Made Products

Non-personalised, ready-made products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Items are unused and in original packaging
  • Products are in resaleable condition
  • You have your order confirmation or receipt

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging
  • Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or report an issue:

  1. Email us at info@organicglowshop.world with your order number
  2. Describe the issue and attach relevant photos
  3. Wait for our team to review and respond within 2 business days
  4. Follow the instructions provided for returning items if applicable

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect returned items or verify a quality issue:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional days
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs:

  • For defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping
  • For change of mind on ready-made items: Customer pays return shipping
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations:

  • Before proof approval: Full refund minus any design fees incurred
  • After proof approval: Cancellation may not be possible; contact us immediately
  • During production: No cancellation available
